Firstly, we hope you are all keeping well and thank you for both your patience and support throughout this pandemic.
We are keen to restart training whilst being aware of our responsibilities in keeping you all safe, and
are therefore phasing the return of sessions gradually. Current guidelines state that the number of
participants per session is determined by the size of the training hall (with a minimum requirement of
9.29sqm per participant). For this reason, sessions will temporarily take place at the Khidmat Centre,
BD7 2EU which allows 34 people including the instructor. We will cap each class at 30 students plus
the coaching team.
Sessions will take place as follows:

14:00 - 15:00
Girls only session
15:15 - 16:15
Boys only session
16:30 - 17:30
Mixed Children's session 1
17:45 - 18:45  Mixed Children's session 2
19:00 - 20:00  Teenagers / Cadets (max age is 17 as adults are not allowed until 17th May 2021)
Participants will need to wear trainers as we will not be working on mats.
Please ensure your child goes to the toilet at home to prevent using the toilets here.
No parents or spectators allowed to keep everyone safe.
Participants will access the sports hall through the fire exit at all times
To minimise contact, no change will be given.  Please have the correct amount (3.50).

Keep 2m apart at all times. Queue on the left as you drop off, queue on the right to collect.

Please drop off and collect within 5 minutes of a session starting / ending.

Please use your mobile to scan in every time your child attends a session.

Temperature checks will be made before allowing anyone in.  Please do not leave your child unattended, wait until they have physically entered the hall and you get a thumbs up from the coach.

To comply with Covid19 guidelines, participants need to complete and hand in a Covid19 Indemnity Form at every session confirming that they have no symptoms nor have been in contact with anyone who has tested positive.  Please bring your own pen to complete the form.  They will be available from the coach or ready to print off our website.

Things you need to know:
Sessions have been adapted to focus on rebuilding fitness, strength, flexibility, boxing skills and most importantly in these times - to enable people to have fun!

To help take the financial pressure off everyone, our next club grading will take place in December 2021 allowing us time to revise and rebuild.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ring me on 07877466818.    Best wishes,
