When I first started training in Ju-Jitsu I was petrified of getting hurt and four years I have competed in competitions both at the club and at National Championships achieving the following medals:
National Championships 2017:  Silver medal - Continuous Fighting under 62kg
National Championships 2018:  Silver medal - Continuous Fighting under 60kg
Onna Ju-Jitsu Championships 2017:   Silver medal - Continuous Fighting under 62kg
Onna Ju-Jitsu Championships 2018:   Gold medal - Empty Hands Kata (Praying Mantis)
